Disability Sites Disability and Business Technical Assistance Centers (DBTACs) - The National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research ( NIDRR ) has established ten regional centers to provide information, training, and technical assistance to employers, people with disabilities, and other entities with responsibilities under the ADA.
